Via ePisarnica, you can submit requests, supplements and other documentary material, and monitor the status of your case.
You can submit a request via your mobile device or computer, monitor the progress of the case, and the decision or other requested document will arrive in electronic form, in your eMailbox on the eGovernment Portal.
After logging in to the eGovernment Portal, using the ConsentID mobile application or a Qualified Electronic Certificate, select the ePisarnica service and search by keyword to identify what you need. By selecting the desired service, initiate the procedure.
The Portal will forward your "request" to the competent institution even if you have not attached any documents. You can add documentation or wait for the officer to inform you whether it is necessary to supplement the request and send another document with the information necessary for the decision making.
Your case is assigned a unique number and will be forwarded for processing even if you sent it to the wrong address. Instead of waiting days for the request to reach the competent officer, now your request "travels" in just a few seconds.
You can file an appeal against the decision you received through the ePisarnica. Owing to the unique number, a new case does not need to be opened and you do not have to start all over again. If necessary, the second-instance authority will receive all the documentation from the case through the system and decide on your appeal.
